Eric Stonestreet

Eric Stonestreet:Less than an hour into the telecast and already the Emmy Awards have been full of laughs – especially for Glee‘s Jane Lynch, an early winner at Sunday’s ceremony.

In a shout-out to the ensemble cast, the show’s Sue Sylvester joked, “I love you. You’re young and you’re wonderful. You’re fresh-faced, and when I’m not seething with jealousy, I’m so proud of you.”

With 19 nominations, Glee seemed to be the show to beat at the Emmys, being broadcast from L.A.’s Nokia Theatre. But fellow freshman series Modern Family, with 14 nominations, won early awards, including outstanding supporting actor in a comedy for Eric Stonestreet, who plays the loveable Cameron Tucker.

“All I wanted to be was a clown in the circus when I was a kid growing up,” the first-time winner, who called the gig “the most amazing job ever,” said onstage.

Emmy Nominations – Emmy Nominations 2010

Emmy Nominations – Emmy Nominations 2010:2010 Emmy nominations are available, and many are excited for tonight’s award show. Who will win the Emmy Awards in 2010? There are several different categories where it’s going to be a tough call. With all of TV’s best shows up for nominations, there will be much controversy over what the winners will be.

The full list of Emmy nominations can be found here, which is the official site. This is far easier to navigate than simply republishing the list of nominees.
Glee is favored to win comedy, and Mad Men is expected to pull out a three-peat and win the Best Drama Award again. Tom Hanks’ “The Pacific” is favored to win best miniseries, and “Temple Grandin” is expected to win “Best Movie.”
The best reality show, in my opinion, should go to American Idol – but it will likely go to Amazing Race.
Business around Hollywood is likely experiencing an increase, as people in the area get ready for a night full of great events.

HBO Once Again the Mjority of Emmy Nominations

Emmy nominations, announced yesterday, include some nice changes (a lot of love for “modern family”), 1 or 2 excess reaction (19 nominations for” Glee”?), some proper recognition (“Nurse Jackie”), and the usual nonsense (Tony Shalhoub for “Monk”). HBO is once again the majority of nominations – 101, to be precise – in the first place for his films and serials. Indeed, HBO “The Tihookeanskogo”poluchil 24 nods.
The most controversial news stories may be very different nomination “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien,”, which was lifted against the loud debate. But, no extension version by Jay Leno on” The Tonight Show,”an Emmy voters seemed to allow suggests that NBC made a mistake when moving from O’Brien. Or perhaps voters are hoping to draw attention to the fact that attractive, and encourage Conan appeared on the television show “Emmy“, which is on August 29.

Some of the best news of overdue recognition of the “Friday night Lights”vedet Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton, if not to show himself. Working with a completely believable chemistry, Britton and Chandler brought an unusually realistic portrait of marriage with a TV.” FNL”: No more martyr status for you.

It seems that “30 Rock”budet have a high level of competition in the category of best comedy, as he goes against the new favorites” Gli”i “Modern Family,”both of which are beautifully done in the current category, too. I’m glad to see all the” Modern semya”subektov fill the support slots – they make a big ensemble – although I was surprised to see Jesse Tyler Ferguson there, rather than Ed O’Neill.

On the local front man: Mike O’Malley scored a deserved nomination as a guest artist, for his active work widower father of a gay son in “Glee.”And John Slattery work again supporting nod for” Mad Men. ”

The good news continues “Good Wife,”which received numerous nominations, including one for Archie Panjabi as an effective, seductive Kalinda. It is similar to Kato’s Julianna Margulies in the green hornet. Besides, the good news: No” Entourage,”which past its heyday.

Of course, there are major disappointment – he will not be an Emmy season without them. Where is “Treme,”beautifully acted and written HBO series about New Orleans?” And “FX reasonable”? It was one of the revelations of the season, not least because of the rich work of Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins.

And not Anna Gunn? I’m glad Amy “got on” Breaking Bad”poezd – is one of the best shows on TV, of course. But with the kind of Gunn as a kind of Edie Falco for “The Sopranos.”And you would not do that.

In addition, insulted: Merritt Wever from “Nurse Dzheki”i Ray Romano on” Men of a certain age,”as a guy is falling apart and shook all at once. Not an easy task, that
